Note: If you cannot connect with the QR code or you are not successful, you must add the camera to the application with AP mode. This is manual operation. You can make the connection by manually typing the serial code on the back of the camera into the application. At first, you reset the device and enter your wifi password.

1) The first problem that may arise is that the wifi area is not enough. You can use a wifi range extender device for this, or you need to bring your wireless router closer to your camera.
2) Your wifi channel may sometimes be stuck at 5.0 Ghz. In the camera it should be 2.4Ghz. Fix this via your router.
3) It is necessary to update the device software regularly, both in terms of security and in order to use the device with sufficient performance.
